On Nov. 26, deputy secretary Wu Bingqiang visited overseas education college, listening to the introduction and having a better understanding of the overall development of our college, including the aspects of management of the students and the growth of teachers etc. Luo Ying, dean of the college, as well as counselors and teaching secretary of the college attended the conversazione.
The conversazione was held in relax and communicative way. At the beginning, deputy secretary Wu Bingqiang had a full understanding of the size of students of our college, as well as teaching mode, student education and the special issues rising from student management in education cooperation program between Taiwan and Fujian province. Luo Ying, on behalf of our college, made a report about institutional settings, student enrollment, student management, the development and construction of political work team. The counselors and teaching secretary also talked freely and expressed their views and confusion about issues of how to strength the college work, how to expand its development space and how to strength the party construction among the college students. Wu Bingqiang answered all the questions at the conversazione and put forward some guidance and constructive recommendations combined with his own experience of engaging in student education and management.
Wu Bingqiang fully appreciated the achievements in their own development and student management made by overseas education college. He affirmed that the college carried out a solid educational practice in strict accordance with the overall arrangement and the working schedule of every process from the party committee of the university. On behalf of the party committee of university, he required that the college faculty devote themselves into work with more high enthusiasm and inspiring spirit, push forward the construction of long term mechanism, and work hard for the new development of college and our university.
